terms & conditions
these terms cover your purchase and use of "overthinking to boundaries", a digital video course sold by Vurdict LLC ("we", "us"). by buying or using the course you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use it.
what you get
a one-time purchase gives you personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to five pre-recorded video lessons and the private reflection space that comes with them, through a private link generated for your purchase. the course is educational content. it is not therapy, counselling, medical or mental-health advice, and it is not a replacement for professional help.
your account and access link
your access link is personal to you. keep it private — anyone with the link can open your lessons and your written reflections. you're responsible for activity that happens through your link, and you agree to give an accurate email address at checkout so we can reach you about your purchase.
what you may not do
- share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the videos or your access link
- copy, download, or reproduce the course content beyond your own personal use
- use the course for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive
- interfere with the site's security, scrape it, probe it, or upload malware
- reverse engineer or work around any technical limits
our content
Vurdict LLC owns the course, the videos, the written material, the site and all related intellectual property. nothing here transfers ownership to you — you get a limited right to watch and use it personally.
your writing
the reflections you write stay yours. you give us only the limited permission needed to store and display them back to you inside your own course link. we don't publish them, sell them, or use them as marketing.
availability
we do our best to keep the course online and working, but we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
payment and billing
our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. refunds are covered in our refund policy.
suspension and termination
we can suspend or end your access if you materially break these terms, share or resell the course, or create a security, fraud or chargeback risk. if we end your access for those reasons you are not entitled to a refund beyond what the refund policy requires.
warranties and liability
to the fullest extent the law allows, the course is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the course. nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.
changes, law and contact
